MM2H Criterias
MM2H programme is open to all foreign citizens of countries recognized by Malaysia regardless of race, religion, gender or age. Applicants are allowed to bring along their spouse and children.
Basic Requirements
1) For applicant aged below 50 years old:-
| • | You are required to show proof minimum RM500,000.00 in liquid assets (latest 3 months bank statements). |
| • | You are required to show proof off shore income of at least RM10,000.00 per month (latest 3 months pay slips). |
| • | You are required to show proof of good conduct from your relevant government agency. |
| • | Upon approval, you are required to open fixed deposit account of RM300, 000.00. Must maintain a minimum balance of RM150,000.00 from second year onwards. |
2) For applicant aged 50 years old and above:-
| • | You are required to show proof minimum RM350,000.00 in liquid assets (latest 3 months bank statements). |
| • | You are required to show proof off shore income of at least RM10,000.00 per month (latest 3 months pay slips). |
| • | If you are retired, you are required to show proof of receiving pension from government approved funds of at least RM10,000.00 per month (latest 3 months pension slips). |
| • | You are required to show proof of good conduct from your relevant government agency. |
| • | Upon approval, you are required to open fixed deposit account of RM150, 000.00. Must maintain a minimum balance of RM100,000.00 from second year onwards. |
Medical Report
All participants and their dependants are required to submit a medical report from any private hospital or registered clinic in Malaysia.Medical Insurance
Approved participants and their depandants (spouse and children) must possess valid medical insurance coverage from any insurance company that is applicable in Malaysia.Exemption can be considered for those whose existing medical insurance covers their stay in Malaysia.
Restriction
MM2H participants are not allowed to work or be employed in Malaysia.
They should not participate in any activity which is considered sensitive and may jeopardize the security of the country.

How to apply?
Who wish to apply to stay in Malaysia under MM2H programme may submit his/her applications through MM2H licensed by Ministry of Tourism, Malaysia.
