GF Homeland Consultants (MM2H) Sdn Bhd aims to provide the applicant a hassle-free one-stop service centre in order to make your visit to Malaysia a pleasant and an enjoyable stay. Our services include:-
Pre Submission

To act as consultant in advising and qualifying the applicant pertaining to the latest rules & regulations. |

Advice on the necessary documents required for the application. |
| • |
To prepare and vet all documents and ensure all required documents are completed prior for submission to the authority. |
Submission

We will undertake to make application on your behalf by signing the IM12 Form as required by the Immigration Department of Malaysia. |
| • |
We will issue the covering letter to the MM2H Centre in respect of your application. |
| • |
We will be responsible for your stay in Malaysia by signing a Personal Bond as required by the Immigration Department of Malaysia. |
| • |
We will liaise with MM2H Centre on any problems pertaining to the application. |
| • |
We will follow up with the relevant authorities to expedite the approval of the application. |
| • |
To update applicants on progress of application and the results. |
| • |
To collect the conditional approval letter from authorities. |
After Obtaining Conditional Approval Letter
| • |
We will be responsible to arrange transportation & hotel accommodation for the applicant’s visit to Malaysia. |
| • |
We will assist in the depositing of the necessary financial requirements with the local bank. |
| • |
To assist in arranging for medical check-up & obtaining the report. |
| • |
To assist in arranging for local medical insurance or its waiver procedures. |
| • |
We will accompany the applicant to collect the Visa from the Immigration Department of Malaysia. |
After Participate MM2H Programme (Additional Services)

We will assist the participant to apply i-Kad for MM2H holders. |
| • |
We will assist the participant to search and register their children in the local educational institution. |
| • |
We will assist in the rental or the purchase of house in Malaysia. |
| • |
We will arrange for the transportation needs of the applicant i.e. the purchase or lease of motor vehicle. |
| • |
We will assist in the set-up of business in Malaysia and to provide financial consultation. |
| • |
We will assist the participant in obtaining legal advice and medical assistance. |
